What a great stay! Perfect location to River Walk, restaurants and airport. Loved the coffee station and afternoon popcorn. Beds were comfortable. Would come back again.

This property is *perfectly* positioned for food touring and going on the river cruises. There are a couple in-and-out garages relatively nearby - rare for Chicago. Subway stations that cover basically every subway line are within 2 blocks. But within 10 minutes walk there are several major commercial areas and dozens of good food options. Overall the building was quite nice, cleaned well, and relatively quiet. That said, it is in the heart of downtown. There will be sirens, and losers revving their cars at 2am. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs in case you are on a low floor. Overall really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay again.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly when we arrived. I love the perilla restaurant who also helped us to celebrate a birthday in the best possible way. The valets are cautious and very knowledgeable of the city. Our room was spacious and probably some of the best sleep we've gotten in a while!
