Great stay! Get a room with a large bay window!

The bay window was amazing. I felt like a cat perched up all nice and cozy. It was by far the highlight of the room experience for me. The front desk staff were really nice and accommodating at all times and housekeeping staff were very nice as well. I would definitely return again.

Greeted and treated wonderfully by the staff, the location is amazing, we went out to breakfast since there was so many restaurants and we wanted to walk around a bit but the hotel does offer room service. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfy. Thanks for such a lovely stay !

My wife and I tried the L7 Chicago by LOTTE beause Travelocity had a good deal and the location was excellent. Our experience with this hotel was not good from the moment we arrived. We arrived about 30 minutes early and the front desk staff was very rude. I attempted to check in and we were told our room was not available yet and was being cleaned. Next the front desk clerk asked for a credit card which I provided and she attempted to swipe it which was denied and I told her the card has a chip which will not allow you to swipe but must be inserted, she scoffed and said " we will wait until your room is ready." This is the same card I have used for years at many hotels in our travels inclunding many hotels on the Mag Mile and Downtown Chicago. Secondly, we sat and waited for almost 45 minutes well past 3 pm check-in time before we were checked into our room. It was obvious, they hardly cleaned it. There was a stale mildew smell with and clearly there were pets that had been in the room because there was faint smell of pet urine especially near the center of the room. The bathroom and shower area was not well cleaned with hair on the drinking glasses in the bathroom and bathroom sink. We requested a microwave and were given one that was not clean and had to sit on a footstool because they did not provide a stand. This was our first and last time at this hotel and will stick with hotels on the Mag Mile in the future.

Great stay !

Our stay at L7 by lotte was amazing from start to finish . Ebony checked us in early after our flight into Chicago . And even got us a room with a window seat for my 7yr old daughter even though I booked a room that didn’t include it . The room was comfortable and had a lot of room . The amenities like the complimentary coffee/water area in the lobby was amazing . I enjoyed the macchiatos and my daughter enjoyed hot cocoa everyday we stayed from their fancy machine . They also had complimentary popcorn every evening from 4-6 and the popcorn was very yummy ! Overall our stay was great and my daughter fully enjoyed the hotel and hanging out in the window seat . Everyone was so friendly and the hotel was beautiful and convenient to all tourist/shopping areas . Thank you and we will definitely stay again if we’re in the Chicago area !
