Customer service was excellent, they went out of their way to help us extend our booking during a busy period and keep the same cabins. Communication was great, and after hours checkin was easy. The park/accomodation was a disappointment. We often stay in discovery parks due to good past experiences. The 2 cabins we had booked for our family were run down and poorly maintained, the bathroom doors opened/closed on their own, and the road noise was extremely loud all hours of the night (no sound barrier at all). There were no accessible Powerpoints in the second bedroom to charge any devices, and only one in the main bedroom with the tv plugged in. There was a fan in the main room but none in the second room which is needed on a hot night. The accommodation and playground were both unsuitable for a 2year old. The door handles are so low our 2 year old could open the front door and screen on her own, it needs a latch up higher for kids safety. The playground doesn’t have a swing or slide, only climbing equipment aimed at older kids It felt very cheap in comparison to other the discovery parks we’ve stayed in across the country.
