Amazing location, lots of shopping and great food within a walkable distance (0.3-1mi). Only downside was the bathroom products, the soap they provide makes your skin incredibly dry which is terrible in combination with the cold weather.

The area, friendliness of staff, and convenience of checking in were some of the things that I enjoyed about the hotel. Unfortunately some of the things that I didn’t like about the experience was the TV in the room not turning on after trying to unplug and replug the cord.

Family stay for Holiday light parade
Amazing! I will return again while staying in the City. Very convenient, in the middle of everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was great although a little oldish but very clean. This is a very good hotel

Loved everything about our stay. Excellent staff and room was just what we needed. The only hiccup was that the bed felt old lumpy. A little too firm for me. I would stay again without a doubt.

This hotel is great! The staff helped us check in early and provided us with a river view room. My friend and I were both very happy^^ Although it’s close to the busy road, the room is not noisy. The location of the hotel is also very good, making our travel convenient.
