We arrived very late(2.30 am aprox) the check in took forever, the agent was probably asleep before we arrived. I am a member of Accord and he said that the stay could not be credited to my account, because I booked through Expedia, because they had a better price. I will have it in mind for next time. I thought you always offered the best rate online. The hotel looks tired, the bed in the room was super comfortable as in all the Sofitel, but there is no consciousness about water saving, because our towels and linens were changed every day even though I didnt request it. That is very important for me and was very disappointed in that the management doesn’t enforce it with housekeeping.

I absolutely love everything about the Sofitel. The staff were amazing. I told one of the guys at check in I was celebrating my engagement. I had a surprise of sweet treats and a congratulations card waiting for me and guy in our room.

There was fruit, food, bread left in a drawer in our room that had started to smell. Once discovered it makes you question the overall cleanliness of the room if they missed that. Housekeeping did take care of it right away when I called which I appreciated. I I was told I had purchased the upgraded room so my supposed “gold member” upgrade was not available. I was told the two double room is the upgrade.
