Room was great with nice city views but one of the elevators smelled like urine. We also received an $88 facility charge for staying there on top of the reservation. I thought that was ridiculous since we didn't use anything but the front door, elevator, and the room we already paid for.

Excellent stay all around. The room was nicely appointed and all the staff were very kind. We had brunch in the CDA and it was lovely. The croque madame was superb!

This hotel is in a great location without being in the very busy Michigan av. Beds are super comfortable, bathroom is large and very clean. Nice reception area.

The parking was included in reservation but on check out they ask to pay 186 dollars And they mentioned up grading is for 100 dollars only per night including tax But on check out they asked for almost 300 dollars as they said it is 100 per night without tax !!!!!!

I felt like I was in a luxury resort in vegas or some other fabulous location. From valet, to bellhop, to doormen, front desk reception, and housekeeping keeping room clean and refreshed the hotel is top notch. I highly recommend. 5 stars
