Convenient to the airport without being convenient
Chose this hotel since it was close proximity to the airport, but no airport shuttle. Also, the elevators were ridiculous, sometimes it took 5 minutes for the hotel to stop on your floor.

Nice stay for a flight
My wife and I stayed at the Hampton (double room king bed - lake view) for one night in October 2024. We stayed at the airport as we had an earlyish flight the next day. The check-in was a breeze, and the room was perfect for our stay. Large, well-appointed, very modern, quiet and clean, with a great view of the lake. The hotel is just five minutes from the airport and has free parking. They don’t have airport shuttle service, but Taxis and Ubers are readily available. All in all, a perfect place to stay if we are flying into, or out of Montevideo airport.
