For the most part, the hotel and staff were great. As for cons: too far from everything, had to rely on the shuttle to take me to the airport toget on the train to the city, no restaurants or stores near, indoor pool and hot tub shut down a week before, the evening dinner staff seemed bothered to help me, the fire alarm woke the entire hotel up in the middle of the night on the first night (staff showed no empathy), and we have to make a reservation to take the shuttle to the airport or else the driver has an attitude (not the main driver - he was excellent). Overall, I liked the hotel once I got used to it, but next time, I'm staying closer to the city.

The staff was incredibly friendly, we got to experience a few of the staff but the service Nawal provided was exceptionally good. Her service and friendliness made us come back for 3 more days. The restaurant food was amazing and the service there was in top too. The only thing I wasn’t impressed by was their breakfast food choices and quality. One day I didn’t even get my coffee as they were cleaning the machines before the breakfast time was done.

Hotel is nice, lobby is great, 10 minutes from airport and beds are comfy, but… we stayed here for the shuttle, and it wasn’t working between noon and 5. It cost us a lot to get there, and spent over an hour trying to get a ride.

Hotel was great for access to the airport with a free shuttle service (10 mins away), helpful staff, 24 hour gym, bar, restaurant and breakfast area, and large reception area. Rooms were large in size, comfy beds, large TV with loads of channels and separate toilet and bathroom.

The hotel was clean and modern with a restaurant on site and a fabulous breakfast included. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. I would stay at this hotel again!

Room is clean, breakfast is good. Is my over night stay for connecting flight. Recommended to stay there. Shuttle service is good and easy. Only concern is that when the going into hotel is half an hour apart, so if there are many at the same time, you have to wait for an hour an hour for another one.
