The breakfast options were lovely! Nice variety of food for everyone (traveled with children). The staff was on top of everything, from cleaning, picking up table ware, to ensuring everything was well stocked. The check in was very seamless as well as check out. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!! My kids LOVED IT !!

Shuttle service was complete chaos. We ended up paying for an uber and even took other guests who has been skipped over by the driver. The hotel sent a message about a complimentary drinks, those were not included. Breakfast was way too small for the amount of guests at the hotel, people were arguing over coffee. Overall would not recommend.

Clean room. Courtesy shuttle drivers were very pleasant and helpful. The same Fif the desk clerk on arrival. The desk clerk when I left about 6 a m the following morning was curt and unhelpful. I liked the hotel layout and my room. I would come again, on the hope that your 3 helpful employees I mentioned above would be there again and that the one unhelpful employee receives more training on being pleasant to guests.

Rooms were large and clean. There was a wide variety of foods offered at breakfast. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle was on time and efficient. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

It was absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable, clean, the bed was perfect, and everything in the space felt just right. It is very quiet and conveniently close to the airport, which made the stay even better. The breakfast was great, with an excellent buffet that had everything I needed. Truly an amazing stay from start to finish.

The airport shuttle was on time and easy to find. We were disappointed that the water park was closed for maintenance, but that was outside of the hotel’s control. The dining on site was extremely good - every dish we ordered was amazing. If we need a hotel near CDG again, we will definitely book Jangle.
