The entire reason we booked this hotel the night before our flight out as opposed to staying right at Charles de Gaulle airport hotel was the advertised swimming pool facility. Had it been clearly stated that it’s a PUBLIC swimming pool you were given a pool pass for with brutal hours (6:30pm closing time and open at 9:30am, so good luck getting any access arriving that day with the 3pm check in or the morning of checking out pre flight/ or hotel check out time) that’s also an entirely different building, albeit close, but still a walk outside through the parking lot and down the street. Also, despite a restaurant right downstairs which is insanely expensive and disappointing food, no room service. You have to carry up your own meal if you wish to dine in your room which is at least a compromise I guess. The only small saving grace was the included breakfast buffet, although the food options and quality would be about what you would expect for a low grade holiday inn with powdered scrambled eggs and canned fruit salad. Had we known what we know now for the price of what you get, we would have never booked. You’re far from anything accept the airport or Disneyland Paris, so no restaurants for food options other than on site.
The hotel staff customer service was lukewarm at best, would not stay again and certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there unless you enjoy overpriced rooms, isolated location, misleading and a relatively inaccessible pool.
