This stunning Suncadia lodge-style home is located on the 4th hole of the Arnold Palmer Signature Prospector Golf Course. With 4359 square feet, this custom mountain resort home can comfortably accommodate as many as 19. This home is ideally located within Suncadia Resort and is a short distance from the Lodge, Inn, Spa, Winery and resort restaurants and amenities.

This grand, lodge-style home boasts a large gas fireplace in the great room, soaring 25 foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with additional prep sink, restaurant quality gas range, and a second oven. The home has a total of 4.5 bathrooms, a large patio with gas BBQ, and views of the golf course from the two upper level decks.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
• Main floor master with a king bed, direct access to patio and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed and private bath with a large jetted tub.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a private balcony.
• 2nd floor bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, a twin trundle bed, and TV.
• Lower level bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks.
• Lower level media/bonus room with queen sized wall bed and a bathroom with a large tile shower.

The home features satellite television service with a movie projector in the Bonus Media/Game Room, a large flat-screen TV in the great room and flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms. In the Bonus Game Room you will be treated to a beautiful pool table, 16 foot stand up shuffleboard table, large projection home theater system, and a bar. All the in-home entertainment options make Mountainstar Lodge a perfect retreat for large families or group getaways!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $90 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

Wonderful Location and Property

I had never been to Suncadia before and went this summer for a family reunion. We rented two houses side by side and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, the kitchen is full stocked, loved the pool table downstairs and the hot tub is super clean. The location is great; about 1 mile from all of the Suncadia restaurants. It was super quiet, has woods out back and faces the golf course. Would definitely rent this house again.

Buddies reunion

Me and 8 of my high school buddies (now in our 40’s) had an amazing and relaxing weekend at this great property. The house was clean, quiet and full of great amenities. It’s perfectly situated right on the golf course within a wooded landscape. The house had plenty of space for 9 grown men. Check in and check out was a breeze. A perfect getaway for friends or families!

House was amazing

The house was wonderful and overall we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is with the property managing company or the cleaner they hired. I left my bin behind and had to go back the following day to get it because it was full of my personal belongings. When i got home my new bottle of perfume was missing. I emailed the all seasons people and Leah stated the cleaning lady never opened it. Well someone did and if that were my expensive home I wouldn't want thieves caring and managing it. The only other thing that I would say is the fire place would make a loud bang noise when cooling off. Other then that it was wonderful!

Great but about due for a few upgrades

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean and accurately described but what I would mention is that it might be time for a few updates. The TV in the main room has five remotes and you need to turn the thermostat down as leaving for the price point of this home maybe just upgrade to a few smart tech items that would make staying here easier

Nice property!

Great property. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The game room was nice although there wasn't enough space to play ping pong. It was also really nice to have 2 sets of laundry machines. It helped us go home with clean clothes and start loads on towels/sheets before we checked out. Now that we've visited Suncadia, I think the rental could be enhanced by including bikes. There are so many lovely trails/pathways to discover in the resort area.

Great Property

We stayed here in this huge well equipt house with my whole family and we had a blast. Great location to everything. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you need. Would recommend it, very large house and everyone had there own room and bathroom. Lots of things to do with shuffle board, pool table and ping pong.

Wonderful Property

This was a wonderful property from All Season's Vacation Rentals. It was a large spacious home that was very comfortable for 10 adults and a toddler (2 years old). We all had plenty of space and a lot of different places to hang out during the day and night. I would highly recommend this property!

Football Weekend

Suncadia Mountainstar Lodge

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Our first time to Suncadia and we really enjoyed the location from Seattle where we could do a small family getaway. The grandkids loved the space in the house to run around and the adults loved all the game tables that were available. We cooked alot of big meals at the house so would recommend bringing some sharp knives but otherwise kitchen is nicely stocked with most everything you need. Also bring your bikes for some nice family friendly trail rides.
