The best thing about the stay was the Siam Orchid we ate there everyday!!! Our room floor was dirty, we never got room service. Pillows were over used and need retired. The breakfast was not good all juices were watered down the eggs tasted like powdered eggs and sausage was freezing cold. Outside of the property was gorgeous but pool was cold.

No elevator.
The hotel was nice but, there is no elevator and the hotel has two floors. The ladies at the front desk said they had guys that would take up all our luggage, and would bring it back down in the morning. I really think they need to put in an elevator or at least a ramp. This hotel is mostly used by people going on a cruise, so there are a lot of senior's. Breakfast was ok, they didn't have a lot of hot items. The room was nice.

Bring extra money!
I had reserved a room with two beds, the day before I was to arrive they sent an email to offer a room with two beds would be another $10. The same email offered a late check out for another $20.00, I bought that too, but had to check out at 10:30 because the $24.00 fee for each of us to use the shuttle to the cruise port. The Taxi from the Orlando airport was over $150.00. I wasn't told there was a breakfast available that closes at 9:30 until I found it at 9:30 the next morning. After checking in, the desk gave directions to the room that I did not understand took quickly spoken?, I thought was clear enough, but took a long search to find the room. Just spent a lot more than I thought I was going to. Thank you for letting me warn folks.
