Great living area views, average rest of the house

We stayed in the house for 4 nights with 4adults and a baby. The house has a stunning living area with beautiful views right out across the bay. The size of the living room and garden are large and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and functional with cute breakfast bae. We really enjoyed cooking a meal and sitting enjoying the view on the comfortable sofa. The rest of the house isn't very impressive considering the price. The bedrooms are quite small with the draws and wardrobes appearing old and difficult to access. The bbq was dirty and when we used it the gas pipe set on fire which was extremely dangerous (we advised the management company). The spa bath us fun but the shower is really impractical with no where to put your toiletries and it's small and cramped. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere with a sensational living area and view then this place does it but for the price, we were disappointed with the rest of the house. It's in a good location for visiting the Freycinet NP and Coles Bay with a short drive.

Fabulous location right on the beach - big picture windows to soak in the views, but keep out of the winds - close to shops and restaurants
