From the moment we arrived, the Palace Hotel in Como exceeded all expectations. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the lake, offering breathtaking views that make every moment special. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with plush bedding and all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Waking up to a stunning lake view was truly magical! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. From the concierge’s helpful recommendations to the seamless check-in and check-out process, every interaction was a pleasure. Breakfast was a highlight—a delicious selection of fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes, all enjoyed with a serene lakefront backdrop. Excellent chic comfortable hotel, perfectly located and renovated.

Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The hotel was able to fix issues without interrupting my trip which I appreciate.

The property is in an excellent location. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed and great location. Short walk to the train station and close to the lake/ferry.
