The room was not clean. We found a sausage between the towels!! This was so disgusting. The air conditioner was not working. The breakfast area is too small and it was over crowded. The staff are so impolite. When we were seating to finish our breakfast the reception woman came around us stacking the empty chairs in a noisy and unwelcoming way. Only the kitchen lady was helpful. We have a photo for the sausage that we can send it. Overall it was a terrible experience.

The smell of chlorine from the pool is terrible. I had to pass in front of the pool to get to my room and The smell was horrible. Also, the sheets smelled like Javex and it was so hard to fall asleep with that smell in your nose throughout the night. Overall, the hotel is okay for a night but not relaxing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, housekeeping even left us a cute note! The towels were fluffy and soft, and the bedding was super soft, too! Best sleep I may have ever had when not in my own bed!
