Fabulous staff, world class customer service!
As always - the staff are amazing and world class, also the gym is well equiped. One of the reasons I keep going back to Hilton! But the other parts of the hotel even with the renovations still looks aged. And will find it difficult to compete with the new ones, I am sure it's already felt.

5 star stay at the Hilton
The Hilton is a gorgeous hotel and the staff, service, food, rooms and the ambience makes it perfect. I must say a special thanks to Gaveena who made the check in process so delightful. For our wait time she provided us a newly renovated room with spectacular views. I would definitely stay at the Hilton again!
