The hotels is really nice, design, environment and looks new. The service was poor The food lunch and dinner was really good

Durante la estadía mi esposo enfermó, todo el personal nos ayudó al máximo para encontrar un doctor que venga al hospital y vea y atienda a mi esposo. El personal muy amable, a pesar de la enfermedad de mi esposo, su ayuda hizo que pasemos un excelente momento en el Hotel. Cada vez que vayamos a Pasto de seguro volveremos, gracias!!

The balcony door would not close

Service was great, very convenient location, and cleanliness inside the room and at general areas was really good. Everything inside the room worked very well. Breakfast was delicious. And, hotel staff was very kind, friendly and very gentle.

We stayed here in early 2023 and enjoyed the hotel. So it made sense to stay once again in February 2024. However we were disappointed. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower and its wrapper on the floor of the bathroom from previous guests. Finally, the shower drain was clogged which meant we needed to stop showering to keep the water from overflowing the shower basin.

Took more than 1,000,000 pesos from me despite not using the reservation. Even though I told them I was cancelling they still took all the money for the reservation . I made it very clear we wouldn't be attending, my granpda made the reservation and he's not great with technology, so he didn't know how to cancel with Expedia. By the time I could help it was too late and they took the entire cost of the 4 nights. I understand that there would be some costs involved with this, and as such I was willing to pay even up to half of the costs involved, which I communicated with them. But to be charged the entire amount for a room that was not used is completely outrageous, I think they really lack compassion as losing this amount of money is completely devastating for our family. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you do not want to be stolen from. Doubtless this sort of policy would transfer to other parts of the hotel, as they clearly just want to charge as much money as they can without any sort of common decency.
