Start your night in fine form with a splash of a local wine like Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon or Riverina Chardonnay. Taste for complexity and character, or just have a bottle with your friends.

It might be time to go, but your trip is sure to live on. Your family and friends will be asking to see pictures of the picturesque Northern Territory region for a long time to come!
