The Space:
Little Magic Tiny House by Tiny Away is a Permaculture working farm stay accommodation located 2 hours south from Sydney. Nearby Shoalhaven Heads that provide easy access to Seven Mile Beach, and Jervis Bay just 35 minutes away.
A cozy 190-square-foot with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the main house and shed area.
NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS:
We kindly request that guests refrain from bringing candles or any open flames inside the tiny house as the materials or items inside are highly flammable. In the unlikely event that any items become damaged, guests will be held responsible for the cost of replacement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for all occupants. - No pets are allowed on the property
- Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED on the farm or in the tiny house
- Situated in a rural setting and occasionally native wildlife in the area
- There are plenty of romantic walking tracks along the beaches or in the bush
- CHILDREN (17years and under) ARE NOT ALLOWED due to abundant wildlife such as reptiles and insects that may be a danger to them
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
House guidelines to take note of:
- We are a Bird Watcher's Paradise with plenty of bird life on the farm and surrounding areas in the Shoalhaven
- You are welcome to "Walking on Country” on the farm within the fence boundary, have a picnic along the Ridge, near the spring, not a soul around to disturb you totally secluded, BYO Picnic Basket, Food and Drink
- We are a working permaculture farm under development practicing sustainable and regenerative farming. You will see farm activities, you will see us going about the farm, there are also the usual farm noises, like chickens, rooster, cows and other farm animals, please do not physically interact with any farm animals they are not domestic pets and of course the wildlife, especially the birds (including rooster) that do their bird calling at sunset and dawn and often during the day,
- We have one Maremma Livestock Guardian Dogs, Dexter as seen in the movie “Oddball. Their job is for the protection of livestock, in our case chickens and us, so if they sense danger (like a fox) they will bark to alert us and let the predator know that they are here to protect us
