Casa Martins is an absolutely stunning three bedroom beautifully furnished house right on the waterfront, the property has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The living area opens out to a large alfresco screened verandah with outdoor furniture which overlook the magnificent waterways of Salamander Bay.
There is a three-way bathroom that has two separate showers and toilets that open out onto a shared vanity area, split system air conditioning and a BBQ that is stored in the garage area.This property would have to be one of the best positioned properties in the area as it is protected by the all the winds, bring the jet ski, bring the pillow or just lay back on a sunlounge and be memorised by the peace and tranquility this holiday will give you.
Please note there is a house being built next door. There may be construction noise during your stay during normal work permit hours. Workers may knock on the door to advise if they need access to your side of fence for a short period of time. Please note this is out of the property owners and managing agent control.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
