Imagine sitting back and just watching the world go by in the fully screened enclosed balcony that has great water views and dining facilities, or if you're wanting to relax in the ducted air-conditioned lounge room and watch some TV than this is the place for you, as the property has Free Wifi, Blu Ray Player and HiFi Sound System.
Upstairs is the superb fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, four bedrooms with the main having an ensuite and water views. The main bathroom is also located on the upstairs level, it has a corner bath (spa jets not operational) with the shower overhead.
Downstairs in the rumpus area is where you will find the second TV, Xbox with games, table tennis and built in bar. There is also a tri-bunk which has the double bed underneath and the single bed above, this room also provides access to the outdoor areas at the rear and overlooks the pool area as well.
The third bathroom and the laundry are also on this level, the laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer. An additional room located near the laundry provides an area for storage, drying clothes and an internal wall safe for your personal use.
Out the back is where the large rear undercover deck is found, this overlooks the entertainment area and inground pool, providing further opportunity for relaxing, eating and entertaining. The undercover resort style area with sun lounges is an appealing attraction, particularly with the barbeque closely located along with an additional outdoor area on the other side of the pool (please note pool lights are not operational).
Double garage and room for boat parking, private garden areas with a peaceful outlook, Kallaroo certainly ticks all the boxes, book now, you wont be disappointed.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
