Right on the main road, so was easy to get to and from the hotel. Shopping centre was close by. Staff was very friendly and informative. Help book a restaurant for dinner on first night. Rooms were really comfortable and clean.

Both staff members present during check in were fabulous and helped to make us feel right at home. The room was quite spacious and very clean, well stocked with towels, soaps, lotions, etc., even the jacuzzi tub was spotless! It was a very comfortable stay with a nice breakfast in the morning and lovely staff all around.

The property, while being the hotel we always stay at in Courtenay, is getting tired and is in need of a bit of refreshing. Also it would be nice if the guests were able to use the streaming option on the televisions. We always hope that Owen is at the front desk when we are staying there as he is such a wonderful person to greet you.

Really decent hotel stay for us. Comfy bedding including excellent pillows; very clean room; good setup with coffee machine; nice flat screen; great location. Nice welcoming staff. Included breakfast was good. We would stay again.

I was curious to try this hotel because it is only 2 stars but the reviews were very positive, and it did not disappoint. The staff were charming, it is super clean and the facilities such as pool and breakfast are better than others in the area. I have stayed at the Old House and this is a better hotel, IMO.
