- Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, they really make it an enjoyable stay. - Beautiful location and a quick easy drive to the Visitor Centre for access to Cradle Mountain - Amazing food, dinner and breakfast were both beautiful - Rooms are a little dated and tired but they are very clean and a good size. - Fireplaces and seating areas around the common areas are beautiful.

Wonderful cozy common areas with fire places, couches and pool table. Comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff, nice food. Art gallery was a bonus for my mum who didn’t come hiking. We would definitely come back.

Unfortunately this hotel has gone severely down hill post covid. The restaurant was average and lacked atmosphere. Food was not up to standards as promoted online. I came here 6 years ago and it was excellent. It was a very different experience and left very dissatisfied and disappointed. Rooms were clean. Jacuzzi was not working. Will not be coming back sadly👎

Excellent place to stay in the area. Buffet dinner was ok and it was the same food both nights for us. Breakfast was the same both mornings as well. Hotel was good, laundry service was handy, nightly fires was awesome - good place to sit and read a book or play games. Hotel is a bit dated but was very comfy.

The bar and restaurant were an amazing space. Food was good without being great, however the menu had only just changed in the week we were there so teething issues to be expected. Buffet breakfast was sensational. The hotel and spaces they have on offer are really well thought out. If your prepared to pay for drinks and food ($15 drinks, $40-$50 per main) on site, which an experience like that, you don't really care, then you'll have amazing time. Some of the rooms are dated but still very comfortable. However the biggest downfall is how any noise in the hallway or immediate rooms adjacent carries through to yours - there is no soundproofing at all which isn't ideal - again, you can forgive this with everything else it has to offer. Look forward to returning and having another weekend away at Cradle Mountain Hotel.
