The first room we got, it smell like the sewer pipe, I was trying to stay the first two nights but the third day morning I had to ask the hotel to switch to another room and fortunate they were able to switch. Also the first room didn’t has enough outlet where I found very inconvenient.

The room and bathroom was very dated, definitely not even at a 2 star level. Laminate flooring worn and needed replacing. No bathrobes or slipers. When mentioned room status at check in, i was advised i can pay 50$ extra a night and they can try and find a better room! Not impressed.

They did not even let me know of the vip rewards I had available for my stay I had to ask, and when I tried using the credit for the mini bar waters during check out they said that I could not use it for this items

I recently stayed at the Novotel in Cusco and had an exceptional experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to Marco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he’s warm, attentive, and has a great understanding of guests’ needs. The location of the hotel is fantastic—quiet yet conveniently close to the city square, making it easy to explore Cusco on foot. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, making for a perfect start to the day. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Cusco for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!

Wonderful Stay at Novotel Cusco! Our stay at Hotel Novotel Cusco was fantastic! The location is perfect – right in the heart of the historic center, close to the main square, charming shops, and top restaurants. It was so convenient to explore all that Cusco has to offer. The property itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a mix of modern comfort and historical charm. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible staff. They were caring, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. For anyone visiting Cusco, I highly recommend Novotel – a great location, immaculate property, and a team that truly cares about your experience!

This is the second time we stayed at Novotel Cusco. We like this hotel for its location on a quiet street away from heavy traffic while still being within walking distance from major attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff have always been par-none and our second visit was exceptional due to them. Fernando was wonderful with breakfast and his attentiveness to ensuring that our needs were met. Roxana and Mauricio made the dining experience in the hotel wonderful. Carlos is the most exceptional porter we have ever encountered and not just for his being quick to offer exceptional muña tea! Nelly made sure we had the best of the accommodations... And, as always, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel facilities were impeccable. We will return!

We booked this before and after our 6 day trek on the Salkantay & Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. They made it very easy, convenient and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property when visiting Cusco.
