I am a hilton honours member and stay around the world in many Hilton hotels. It is just that I booked my stays on expedia that includes all my Hilton stays. Hence, it seems as though I am not a Hilton honours member (higher grade). I have never had a bad experience in Hilton but this time, clothing went missing from my room! I had just worn it the day before!! When I brought this theft up to the hotel manager, other than apologies, nothing else was done. I cannot imagine if my laptop or money was stolen from my room!!! I wonder if I should count myself lucky that it was only clothing that went missing. Very disappointed with Hilton over this. Had never happened before in any Hilton I had stayed at.

I stayed 6 nights. Everything was great. Excellent staff services. Hotel had lots of amenities. Loved that the gym was accessible 24 hours. One criticism is that gym was too hot. I tried lowering temperature on wall control but it didn’t seem to work.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the conceige would make phone calls and ask information for the guests. There are always taxi/Uber parked at the hotel, very convenient. Cheap rate to a Uber/taxi as well.
