Great Hotel with a Wonderful Staff
We had a wonderful stay at the Monarque. The staff is wonderful going the extra mile to ensure you have a most pleasant stay. Everything about the hotel was great, from the location across the road from the beach, the room, staff, the large selection at breakfast to the afternoon tea. I would highly recommend the Monarque if you're in Da Nang. I say that with confidence since my wife and I have stayed here more than once.

Our room was a mixed bag. Plenty of room but floor had not been swept and had dirt that got into our socks and feet. Second and most important the shower is poorly designed, the water does not properly drain into the tube and down the pipe. Instead it flows around the sides and onto the floor. This creates a wet mess on floor. Overall the place looks worn and needs remodel. Both room and workout facility needs help. Lobby was good. Food was a high point. Excellent food and dining facility.

Its a nice, very neat n pretty property managed by hardworking, smiling n ever helpful staff. The Guest Relations executives keep checking with you if everything is all right - Erika was every so forthcoming n helpful. Commend d management to keep the staff so motivated. The afternoon tea is set in d pretty bar on d roof next to d pool - rec everyone to try it atleast once. Breakfast speard is good with Shushi too n room service is also nice. They have a SPA, but i did not get a chance to use it. Area around d hotel is neat n walkable, with a nice beach across d road. The staff arranges cabs n Grab drops to d airport too... Loved the hotel n shall be back one day. Thank you for a lovely stay... Cheers.

Where do we start? This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever been to! The property is gorgeous with a luxurious aesthetic and it’s conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. The staff members were so hospitable, warm and friendly. Erica and Anita were extremely helpful and attended to all of our needs. The food was delicious and we loved the afternoon tea. We highly recommend Monarque and can’t wait to return for a longer stay!
