We were there over the Thanksgiving break. This is a gorgeous property. Our room was upgraded and it exceeded our expectations. I was very impressed. The ENTIRE staff at the hotel was professional, courteous and friendly. From the desk clerks to the bartender to housekeeping, they were all fantastic. We asked for restaurant recommendations and they were spot on! We asked for extra towels and pillows and we received them without question and promptly! I will definitely recommend the property to others and will return.

Expedia offered a great price. I am amazed by the hidden fees and upcharges. These fees add nearly $100 to the actual cost. Still better than calling the hotel straight up.

The air conditioner wasn’t working even after we switched rooms. Also the staff when we checked in had nasty attitudes and didn’t explain anything about the hotel. “Checking in for 2 nights!” That’s the only explanation about the hotel we got. Somebody also left there phone in the lobby when we turned it in they looked at us crazy. The whole vibe was off I will never stay there again awful service.
