This was my go to hotel when i would come to visit my family here in Arlington. However this time i stayed for 3 nights and none of the nights we were there were we able to connect to their wifi. I called and asked if there was an issue with it and they said no, i guess i was just out of luck. Toilet wouldnt flush right. And for the price for the nights it just wasnt worth it. Sadly i wont be returning to this hotel.

One of the reasons I booked it said it had a restaurant/bar and bar would be open until 11. We traveled got in Wednesday at 8:30 wanting to have a drink at bar they were closed when asked the lady at desk said it was dead so they closed! I ask for more towels she only had 2 and said come back later to get more but I did not feel like coming back later it was late. No free shuttle to Cowboys game either

Don't have to be nice to your customers.
Showed up at noon to see if early check in was available. The lady at the front immediately stated the policy of check out at 12 and check in at 3. There was no thought to check if a room was available or let me text you when a room is. Just a hard no and move on. Just made the whole stay kind of stink considering we were paying a premium on the room because of an event at ATT.
