Didn't like no cover on the doona and the doona was stained. Being told to hurry up and check out at 10:00, then 5 mins later and 5 mins after that - yet no one around, let alone cleaners waiting to make up the room, what happened to making a customer feel welcome and important.

The room was very unhealthy odour and it affected my breathing and there was no fresh air only air condition and that was not the best fresh air. The room needed proper fresh air natural not air condition. The blankets on the bed was unhealthy odour on the blankets.

I was going to arrive later than intended, so I called the motel about 4 hours beforehand to let them know. Arti was good enough to SMS through some instructions on how to access a room key. The hotel is well located and I was pleased that it was quiet, given its location on a key street.

The location was good, close to shops and local eateries. Our room was on the 1st floor and had to carry the bags up. The bed was not very comfortable but there was plenty of room for the 2 of us with all the basic comforts.
