Service needs improvement
Nice hotel. Amazing location with shops and eateries nearby. Safe to walk around at night. I find the hotel is lacking in service, it does not give extra bottled waters other than the daily 2 bottles provided in room. The not very friendly front desk will say they ran out of it and ask you to buy from the store in the hotel.. Moved from another hotel nearby (branding on par with this, starts with M) and that hotel give out extra bottled waters for free!! The hotel also threw away my plastic packaging which I left in my room (on a desk) and it was thrown away thinking it was rubbish! I need that plastic packaging to keep my item. Seriously, aren't the cleaners job just to clean and clear the rubbish bin and not touch anything else in the room!?!
