The staff was amazing and engaging. Loved the hospitality. The breakfast was amazing. Family friendly environment. I loved the amenities with the Dove products. Very thoughtful instead of gross hotel bar soap. Aside from that, Just don't think the area is safe. We were glad that our view in our room was facing the parking lot so we could see our car. The signs that informed us to lock our doors and encourage not leaving bags inside was unsettling. Other than that it was a very great experience. 👍 Good Job IHG!

Extremely soft bed! Very comfortable room, too! I loved the little details—like the bathroom door closed quietly enough not to wake my husband. The breakfast was right on point, too. Wonderful stay, thank you! Oh, the switch to turn the bath to a shower didn’t engage quite right, so my shower lacked water pressure, but that’s a relatively small matter; I’ll alert them this morning before I check out and they’ll probably fix it for the next customer.
