somi asked the front desk attendant if there was a room available and she told me to come back at 1pm, when i returned she began to upcharge me for numerous things so my cost went from $275 amd jumped to $380 never will i stay here again they just want as much money as possible and will upcharge you for everything!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Comfortable Stay
Clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable bed. Only issue for me is vending machines for drinks are cash only but the snack machine takes card and cash. No atm. Will be back.

First Trolly Stop to The Ballpark!
We stayed at this location because of its proximity to the ballpark and ya’ll it’s 1.3 miles! It looks close on a map but it’s a trek. However, there is a trolly that will pick you up right outside of the hotel and it is THE FIRST STOP! if you stay at the other hotels on the line, by the time the trolly gets to you it might be full! We were also the first drop off!! Listen, this place is an outdated 80’s hotel. Maybe it’s supposed to have that look. If so, they nailed it on the outside. Inside, nothing fancy but it did the job. Staff was friendly and helpful. Disappointed there was no free breakfast, but I knew that when we made the reservation.

1star is too much! Staff is aggressive. Entire place is gross. Manager has zero people skills. Tried talking to the manager about his staff and he didn’t like my attitude so he kicked out me and my family. Staff called our room after midnight and woke us up. They also called us while we were out shopping to return to the hotel and demanded to know when we would return. When we returned, they had locked us out of our room… never ever again will I go to this place!

This hotel have a lot of Rules… No seating on the balcony and the coffee pot in the room was super filthy. Was ok for a one night stay but I wouldn’t visit or recommend that hotel.

This is a so so hotel, for some reason you have to loop around the entire perimeter to get to the back parking lot, there’s no way to get there straight from the front lot. The staff was… iffy, the 2 girls at the front desk seemed to be completely out of it and it took them 10 minutes to enter in my drivers license information and they couldn’t type in my email for the life of them. To be fair, it was around 10-11pm, but it was an uncomfortable interaction. The rooms were relatively clean though, there’s obviously some things that need replacing in the rooms but hey, it was clean and that’s a plus. I wish that there was a heavier blanket personally that I could’ve added to the bed cause the top comforter was a bit thin, but I had someone to share body heat with so it was alright. The AC turning off and on again happens in few minute intervals and you will absolutely notice it every time. There wasn’t too limited channels on the TV though, so that was nice, I also really liked the mirrors in the bathroom cause it was a non fog mirror, and I also liked the full length mirror on the door. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, which is honestly insane to me, even crappy hotels I’ve stayed at, at least had a waffle maker but it was just coffee and juice. Also there was a $50 deposit incase you left smoke damage, would’ve liked there to be a mention of it on my booking, but I don’t know if this is customary as it’s my first time personally booking a hotel.
