Peeling paint off the walls. Strong smells of marijuana. Limited workers in the valet garage where I had to go. Find my own car to get to work on time. No amenities were open on the weekend. The extra things I requested I did not receive even after calling and requesting them again. The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower and area around. It was dirty. There were no extra laundry pods or detergent as stated in the description. There was a singular couch and no side chairs for more than two people to sit. The dining room two tables were plastic and very loose. They were only good to use as side tables to the couch as there were none of those. There was no ice maker or water in the refrigerator. The description of amenities and quality is not equal to what I stayed in.It was a nice view. I expected more but got less than a very basic hotel for a higher price.

This apartment was beautiful, with excellent views and comfortable beds. The only complaint that I have is all pf the homeless people in the surrounding area.

There was a strong odor similar to pesticide. I wasn’t sure if the gym was accessible. I loved the unit. Wish there was more glassware in the kitchen.

The property was nice, surrounding area felt a little questionable but we had no real issues. The hot water ran out towards the end of our stay but everything else was good. I would stay here again.

There is a large number of unhoused persons around the building and close by. They didn't seem to bother me or ask for anything, nor did I feel unsafe. The rooms are large, but the beds are low to the ground. It gives a whole new meaning to “rolling out of bed.”

I payed for half of my stay when I booked in July, regardless they charged me full price on check in. Not only were they dishonest with the pricing and payments made, but the staff was extremely unfriendly. The halls in the building reeked of marijuana. On check in, I was goven the wrong access code to my room which just made the already unsafe environment even worse. I would not recommed anyone to stay at this property.

The apartment itself was good, very spacious and washing machine with cleaning products available. The rest is poor. We left 2 days early due to feeling unsafe for two girls staying with no internal lock. The area is surrounded by homeless who shouted at us when entering and exiting the building making things feel unsafe. The apartment is only locked by a coded lock which the code could be shared or lost. A dead lock internally would really help with feeling unsafe in the apartment. The pool gets basically no sun and was closed when we arrived on Tuesday we had to ask every morning for the staff to open. The corridor and room stunk of some kind of chemical, we were sneezing for the whole stay. The staff were not very quick to reply to messages at times and gave very brief and unhelpful responses to a couple of our questions. Floors were very dirty white socks black by the time we left and bathroom floor filthy, shower curtain isn’t helpful and water goes all over the floor so wiped and white towel was disgusting. Apartment upstairs were partying until 3am so barely slept last night.

Great sized apartment - perfect for the group our size. however one of the bathrooms shower curtain was covered in mold. Beds were incredibly comfortable and walking distance to downtown, the area has a lot of homeless present.
