The hotel was beautiful and the room was really nice. The floor to ceiling windows were cool. The area around the hotel has some homeless people but I think thats just downtown Daĺlas in general; nothing the hotel could do about it.

My first visit to Dallas was awesome!
Our trip was amazing. The hotel had a good choice of food selection and made it hard to leave. The sports bar, Texas Spice and Pegasus Pizza were all very good. Valet was very prompt and I loved the option to text to request your vehicle. The location of the hotel was quiet and all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The TV in the bathroom was a surprise!!

Beautiful property it’s a shame that I went on this solo trip and was told I’m not allowed to take photos of myself in the nice hotel that I paid my hard earned money on. I was told by security that they don’t care who it is. I will be charged.

Not worth the price
We were given a handicap room, which I didn't request. I've experienced this before when booking through a 3rd party (hotels.com). It was frustrating because the makeup mirror/towel hooks, etc. were all hung lower to accomodate a handicapped person, which I am not. The walk-in shower is too small and poorly designed, resulting in the bathroom floor being soaked after every single shower. The carpet was worn and dingy...I honestly just expected more, given the hefty price tag to stay there. The best part of the hotel is The Owners Box...I won't book another room.

The OMNI made our stay incredable. The staff was in touch and easy to work with. Most needs were met via Text quick and easy. They seem to take pride and "going the extra mile" is just standard procedure and it shows.

Very easily accessible location. Valet was very quick and checking was very pleasant. A very congenial Associate welcomed my daughter and I and accommodated our floor choice and room location. I like the TVs in the bathroom mirror- it was a bonus. I don’t like that I had to leave my key in the door to keep the power on. Live music in the hotel lobby bar area was nice. Very nice property.

Beautiful hotel. Not too many issues. When we went to the sports bar, there was a wait we were told since they sent home most of the staff since it was slow earlier…but it picked up and there was one server. The sink in the bathroom at the restaurant was full of hair. Our room didn’t get cleaned during our stay. The valet staff was nice.
