I booked it for my wedding to stay in it the day before and the day of my wedding. But Friday night they had issues with the A/c and something else. They couldn’t get it fix so I had to stay somewhere else and come back early in the morning the next day to see if it was fix. I spoke with someone at the front desk after I notice that the issue was fix and they were able to reimburse me for the Friday night and we still stayed there for Saturday. Everything was good they understanding.

Omni Dallas Terrible New Year’s Experience
I had booked two rooms back in the entire lobby in March. Upon check in I was informed that because I booked through a third party my request of connecting rooms and a view of reunion tower for New Year fireworks display could not be honored. The entire lobby reeked of Marijuana as did the hallways, apparently anything goes on New Years. I will never stay at this hotel again and will think twice about using Hotels.com because you are treated differently than if you booked directly with them. The smell of marijuana was offensive and the staff didn’t do anything about it, we had small children with us and that was not acceptable.
