Access is by a secure extra wide electric sliding gate flanked by 1.8 metre steel front fence. Ideally located close to the airport, large shopping precinct and beaches, which are 10-minute drive away. Rapid Creek Markets (Saturday and Sunday morning) is a 5 minute drive . Nightcliff Markets (Sunday morning) is a 10 minute drive. Parap markets (Saturday morning) is a 15 minute drive. Mindil Beach Sunset Markets (seasonal schedule).
