I paid around 20,000 inr a night at the property only to be woken up at 12 am for a payment of 700 rupees for an in room dining service. If anything I believe this could have been settled in the morning at checkout. Not convenient for guests flying out a 3 am only to be woken up by the staff at 12 am. Apart from that, front desk was great, property was clean, facilities and breakfast was nice.

Room smell of damp
The room stank so bad. I complained after check in and he just came and spayed it. I told them he smell was so bad it was giving me a headache. They assured me that it would be fine on my return from evening engineer. When I got back the smell was horrific and I complained again. I was offered a room change at 1.30am. I had to get up for 6am for my flight. Total nightmare!

Asked for a non smoking room put me into a smoking room. Blow dryers not working asked to be moved to another room request not honoured. I made a note in Expedia for non smoking got a confirmation that I will get non smoking room even in check in asked the guy three times make sure it’s non smoking he didn’t listen
