Stayed here for the first time. Excellent experience. After the noise pollution at Aloft and usual slowest check-ins at a couple of other places, was prepared for the worst but found the staff truly 5 star! Huge shout out to Sushma at the front desk & luggage staff. After a long flight or when catching one, all that one needs is fast check in, quiet room and a comfortable bed. Tbis place checks all those boxes. Thank you!

Lovely room, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Amenities were great. We ate at Kheer and the food was delicious. We had breakfast at Del and the selection was broad ranging and what I had was good. The hotel was close to the airport and this was really good after a long flight

I booked this hotel because of its hygiene and hospitality. I was travelling from Sydney but unfortunately the room wasn't fresh floors had moulding and the couch was filthy dirty with stains all around. I had an unpleasant stay.

The hotel was undergoing construction and had a lot of noise due to that. The room doors are not noise proof and all noise from the hallway was penetrating into the room at all times.

Amazing! They had free laundry for single female travellers. I felt safe in the hotel as there was emphasis on taking special care of female solo travers. Design wise, the hotel was excellent. On arriving 1 hour early I was asked to wait some n e checkin starts at 3 there were club rooms available but I was not upgraded was asked to wait or pay for upgrade Also after the wait the room given was a remote corner room with very bad construction site no view Towels were old n brown in colour Food n breakfast optins are limited not a great experience
