Great Stay for the Money
Room was nice! Cozy couch, excellent kitchenette, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in shower. Room looked recently renovated. Downstairs bar was fun! Breakfast was decent. Will stay here again. It was close to all the activities we chose to do.

Anniversary weekend
We have been to hotels with closed hot tubs a few times in a row and we were feeling cursed. It was the first thing we asked on arrival and we were told "I gotta be honest... The jets aren't working. It's hot, but we're waiting for a part to come in for the jets." Curse...over? I guess? It's a good location for downtown, easy enough to get to Union station and walkable to lots of food and drink options. The building felt safe, so safe it was slightly inconvenient to get in and out because of the doors locking. One door that DIDN'T lock was our room door after our housekeeper left. We returned to a cracked door and all our stuff cleaned and changed with a card saying who had cleaned the room and a QR code for a tip. We took it to the front desk to tell them. They took the name and apologized and then said "let us know if you require any compensation," which left these two midwestern guests basically apologizing for their mistake and brushing it off. On the elevator ride back up to the room we decided it was weird they offered "compensation" but didn't actually offer anything and we had no idea what to even suggest. Drink ticket for the bar? Free night? Somewhere in between? Overall it was pretty good for the price, but had any of our stuff been stolen obviously it's a different ball game.

Several restaurants and a small Target are within a short walking distance. Henry’s Tavern is a nice spot on the next block. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the area around the hotel, but homelessness is a problem for the cleanliness of Denver.

I like they have an apartment style. We can receive visits comfortable. Is big enough also. Clean room, and the staff was friendly. Also they offer a decent breakfast. They have coffee and water 24hrs at the lobby which is a nice welcome. Thing doesn't like to much: In this area are traffic always, the last night we don't slept enough because noises cars are driving or running close to the hotel. At this time the have construction on the road near to the are, so they start to work early.
