The Room never been cleaned even though we asked it to be done several times. They asked 59$ for parking on site over night when the night is free on the street. The reservation was included breakfast unfortunately onsite needed to pay for each breakfast we ate. Not recommended

It is clean. Cleaning services do excellent job but there are homeless people right in front of the hotel (about 50ft away). We booked with breakfast included however when we arrived we were told it was miscommunication from expedia. The heating fan in our room was very loud to a point that we just turned it off. Hotel is clean and has nice gym otherwise nothing else is special and you will walk right next to few homeless people to get to the hotel. Location is about the same as any other hotel in Denver downtown. If we ever visit again this will definitely not going to be our hotel choice.
