Even though the person checking me in was nice , he was alone and I could tell he needed help. I was the third person on line and it was about to be my turn when he took the 2 voucher people behind me first. He said they would be faster. After 9 minutes more, plus the 11 previous minutes, he attended to me, a prepaid customer which ironically only took 3 minutes.

Bed bugs. Staff were just meh, no explanations, just here’s your key, put your key there. No list of any amenities other than when breakfast started. No water in the room. We ended up leaving super early because it’s impossible to sleep with everyone in the hallway , loud house keeping. And most of all. The bed bugs.

It’s conveniently located, but didn’t notice planes flyover. A lot of great places to choose to eat and there is a Starbucks in that same complex if you need expensive coffee to start your day.

Had a great stay. Utilized the airport shuttle twice and very easy to use. Driver was helpful in explaining how to get to flight check in. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. There were several dining options within easy walking distance.

The room was great - it even had a microwave. There was a big selection of tv channels. The shuttle to the airport was quick. We had to leave before breakfast but it looked like there was a lot of selection! Highly recommend staying here if you are flying in or out of Denver airport.

Overall good, one small complaint
Overall a good place to stay if you’re leaving from DIA early in the morning. Didn’t spend much time, but the room was comfortable. My only complaint is that when I called to find out where to pick up the hotel shuttle from DIA after we dropped off our rental car, I was simply told “Island 3” in the ground transportation area. Island 3 is quite long, so I said “where on Island 3?” The initial response was just a repetition of “Island 3” but I insisted there had to be some indication of where on Island 3 the shuttle would stop. I asked which door of the airport building was closest to the stop, and was finally told 512, which fortunately turned out to be where we were standing. We could easily have been at the other end of the Island.

I checked in late, and there was no one at the desk, but upon his return he said he had been tied up due to a car break in stating is happened often around this hotel. There was trash all over the street from vehicles clearly parked/camped there. Hotel was clean, you have to ask for room service while there, it doesn't happen daily. Breakfast was standard.
