Good and not so good.
It took multiple tries to get through to the desk to see if a shuttle was coming. When it came the driver was excellent and very knowledgeable about the process to navigating DIN. It took a 2nd try to get my key card to work on the room door. The pillows are terrible! They may look nice, but they are too large to sleep comfortably on them. My neck hurt through the night because they are too plump.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wingate. We were taken back at the check in desk when we were told there would be a $10 per day parking fee. The parking lot was large and felt the fee was a little nickel and dime people. For that, we probably won't stay again. Hotels near by didn't have a parking fee. Lastly, the elevator kept stopping at random...we got stuck several times..took the stairs because we were able to..some people may not be able. Relayed the issue to front desk!!

The airport shuttle was good. The room was good but it also had a bunch of issues. There are no USB charging ports. The microwave had bright blue lights that I had to put a towel over. The mini fridge made noise throughout the night. I wanted to get change for a $5 and the front desk could not do it! The worst part is that the shower had very weak water pressure!

Perfectfir flying into DIA
Newly built hotel with modern bathroom and decor. Bed was comfortably, hotel was quiet, several restaurants within walking distance. Airport Shuttle service was great and waiting for us when we arrived, and our car was fine after being parked 4 days Will definitely stay again!

The hotel and room were all very clean. You're walking distance to a couple restaurants and gas staions. Breakfast was just the typical hotel breakfast. The front desk receptionist was rude when I inquired about possibly checking in early, our room was never serviced and we had to pay extra to park our car there.

Absolutely think the person checking us in was high. Could’t concentrate, asked same question a couple of times, gave information on items we had already said were not applicable, and took forever. Then they checked someone else into our room. We didn’t have latch closed on the door so those people walked in. The barn door on bathroom was off track and kept getting stuck on carpeting to open and close. Didn’t complain since there was no use going to the front desk person.

Very poorly managed Not enough staff Front desk unfrienfly and overwhelmed Our room looked like it was still under construction with unfinished paint on walls There were no toiletries in bathroom for the guests Customer service was absolutely terrible because the front desk person was alone all night and couldn't help guest. Rooms and bedding looked like they weren't tended to in a long time. I won't recommend this place

A very nice hotel, very well located. You can leave your car here and explore the town by foot. Rooms are spacious. Note that the tiny elevator only goes up to the second floor, so if you get a suite on the third flood you'll need to bring your luggage one flight of stairs.

While not too far from airport and shuttle was good, this property is in terrible condition for poor maintenance. AC did not work at all. There was a puddle under the unit soaking the floor. Window did not open, so the room remained stuffy all night. I should have known when I saw the Windam sign was missing letters,as were the ‘Don’t use elevator in case of fire” signs thruout. I would not stay here again - ever.
