Beautiful hotel
W head a great stay at the beautiful Shinola hotel!! The rooms are fabulous, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the location can’t be beat. We will definitely be back!

The hotel physically is great but remains focused on style over substance. On service failings, at check in i had to prompt for information on the included breakfast and was told where it was but was not goven the correct hours. At breakfast, the San Morello staff had zero idea what i was talking about and told me to speak with the front desk who told me that breakfast ended at 10am, that it was my fault for not knowing, and if i had any issues to reaxh out to expedia. Not a greaf experience. The prior evening, at the hotel bar the hostess asked me if i was "squinting at her;" 14 hours later i am still unable to formulate a reasonable answer to such a level of gall and unprofessionalism bordering on disrespect. While I could continue with service failings it's not a good use of time.
