Looking for more to do? Spend a few hours checking out the Guanshan Water Park and the Guanshan Tianho Temple. You'll find them in Guanshan, 12 kilometres to the northwest of Donghe. The Donglifang B and B and Marshmallow Guanshan B and B are just some of the great apartment and hotel options here. Alternatively, you could stay in Taitung, 25 kilometres to the southwest of Donghe, where you can pick from the Melody Hotel and Kindness Hotel-Taitung. Sitting 100 kilometres to the northwest of Donghe is Lugu, a regional centre with a population of 20,000. It's home to some awesome attractions, like National Fonghuanggu Bird Park, NTU Experimental Forest and Shima Park. If you've got some time up your sleeve, keep the good times rolling with a visit to the Bamboo Art Cultural Hall and the Lugu Tea Culture Center.
