Downtown San Jose luxury accommodation

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Because of an event we were attending on check out morning, we requested a late check out. The clerk was very kind and accommodated. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I felt missing was a microwave. Glad we had a small refrigerator!

Love our stay every time we have stayed here I only pick this location for the SAP center events and games

Pleasant room, remote from other establishments meaning dinner had to be ordered in. Walls were a bit thin and could hear neighbors easily.

Nice older building with all renovated interior. Would definitely return. Safe area within walking distance to SAP as well as many restaurant options near by. Would recommend the valet service. I like the option for early check in as well for an additional charge. (12:00 rather than 4:00pm)

I this place was perfect for our weekend vacation. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The room was very nice and very roomy. Upon entering the room, we noticed the room was also very clean. It had a large flat screen TV, free coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable. I have given this hotel a n excellent rating but there are few things I feel I should address. One is the shower; you have a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head. If you look at the water handle it shows red one direction and blue the other direction which usually means the control of the water temperature. But in this case if you turn to the blue the handheld shower come son and if you turn to the red the rainfall shower comes on and you really cannot adjust the water temperature. The second also has to do with the shower, when taking a shower, I highly stress be careful, there is a tile flooring n the shower and it gets very slippery when wet and there is nothing to prevent you from falling in the shower if you are not very careful. Those are the only 2 things I can see that needs addressed.
