When we were checking in there was no one at the desk and we had to wait for over 1/2 hour and when we went to check out there was no one at the desk again. So we just left our keys at the desk.

New hotel next to the Centrexpo
Great location if you're in town for an event at the Centrexpo Cogeco next door. The check-in process took over 30 minutes due to only one computer being available, which was understandable, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent about the delay. There was zero flexibility for early check-in or late check-out—not even 45 minutes for a late checkout, which was a first for me. Despite this, I’ll return because it’s conveniently located next to the meeting space, and the hotel is new.
