I like this hotel a lot and have stayed twice now; the staff are very friendly and eager to help you whenever they can. The rooms, amenities, and dining options are all impressive and I highly recommend this hotel.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I can say that Dukes The Palm is a great little luxe hotel if you are looking for a relaxing stay on The Palm which offers the same vibes as a resort, except more calm and peaceful. The hotel is in great condition, decorated to an incredibly high standard, and features great amenities like the private beach and infinity pool. Breakfast is great and offers a really good spread. The outsourced restaurant and pool bar (Ula) is really good too for drinks by the pool and on the beach. The staff exceeded my expectations and were eager to please at all times.

I think the hotel is over rated. As I have stayed in other 5 stars in Dubai I would not give this a 5 star. Top end of 3 bottom end of 4. Room we had was good with nice view.I was expecting a lot more . Not really much to shout out about.

Hotel made us feel very special for our 25th wedding anniversary. Upgraded our room to a suite. Concierge were great. Only negative point was lack of sunbeds around pool and some areas by available beds was muddy and not pleasant to be next to as get muddy feet. Good value for palm hotel. Very close to Nikheel mall

I forgot to take my hair trimmer from my room, and I never got it back again. In the mini bar there are some very small snacks about 50g for 50 Dirham (around £12), while in many other hotels such snacks are free of charge for children.

A lovely hotel and the staff were fabulous with our toddler. The food at the beginning of the week was amazing but for some reason started to deteriorate midway through so we started eating out which was a shame as we were full board so felt a waste. Not sure if there was a staff or menu change but was disappointing

Beautiful location with own private beach. Food options were good and the Indian restaurant was amazing. Friendly staff who are always available to help. Views from gym is amazing but air conditioning isn’t great in the gym. Easy to get a taxi to Dubai Mall etc. Hotel is expensive for beverages and alcohol. Extremely expensive in comparison to the shops inside the mall (opposite).

The beach vibe is nice. The grounds and common areas are beautiful. The bed was uncomfortable until I brought it up and they quickly added layers to my bedding. Service was quick and attentive. Facilities do show wear and tear in the rooms. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of options.

An all round good experience, would be happy to go again. Great pool and beach, staff are fantastic. Rooms are nice, food is good. Nothing to complain about. A drinks package included in the full board option / an all inclusive option would be great.

There's a few things I would say that needs some attention. Some of the towels were frailed on the sides, the finishing of the bathroom was quite poor with grout on the tiles and the lighting in the bathroom was too dim
