The staff, including the concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant teams, were all excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Overall, it was a marvelous experience. Despite the hotel’s size, I felt like a special guest throughout my stay.

I wished I had stayed longer to really experience what Jumeirah creekside has to offer. The Deluxe room (#620) felt and looked more like a suite. Amazing stay. I will be back.

Wonderful Stay at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. The location is perfect—close to the airport and main attractions yet peaceful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views. The dining options were excellent, with delicious food and great variety. The amenities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. The complimentary access to the private beach at a sister property was a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The Creekside has taken away a lot of things that made it a family friendly hotel for example no soft drinks mini bar , a trolley came to your room at tea time with treats that’s been taken away. Having to pay to go to wild wadi no beach access and a limited menu in the evening in the hotel if your on a half board package. Disappointing won’t be staying there again unfortunately. Used to love it there until they took things away.😟

If there were more frequently managed hotel shuttle bus service rather than only once a day, and also free airport shuttle service because it is so close but not walkable in this extremely hot weather, I would give 6 stars out of 5 stars. Other than that, it was perfect place! I loved it!
