2 issues I had with this hotel. Valet scratched the car and I on my found out at the airport. 2 the delivery charge by room service which I never seen at any hotels in Dubai or around the world throughout my travels. Otherwise all is good at this place and I stayed at Raffes 4 times in the recent past

The rooms are nice. But I didn’t appreciate housekeeping ringing the bell while we were sleeping only to ask what time we want the room clean. The food is sub par. Not great for a 5 star and compared to other hotels in the Palm.

Everything about this property is perfect from the service, rooms, available dinning options, and amenities. If you want to come to the Palm Jumeirah this is where you stay. The only inconvenience is that you will need to Taxi to and from the property due the it’s location at the top of the Palm Jumeirah. Beyond that this is the best property I’ve had the pleasure at staying at.

Two main problems: 1. Irresponsible and lying staff: I asked someone at the reception about booking a breakfast for the next day. He told me that I should purchase it on the spot at the reception tomorrow and it would be 125 AED. He even said it is about $34 USD and it is the same price everywhere. including on Expedia so there is no mistake about the number (it's actually lower priced than $34; other staff later said it's only lower priced because it comes with the hotel booking so either way he also lied about this). The next day when I was trying to purchase the breakfast, some other people told me it is 250 AED, insisted it was always 250 on all booking platforms, and did not care about whatever the other person told me. Seems like everyone here just lies about whatever they want to and do not care to take responsibility for their words. If you have to book this place beware of the numbers they tell you as you may be charged double. 2. Privacy violation: The night after checking in when we were out for dinner, some staff came into our room while we were gone and our luggage was open to arrange things in the room and turn off the lights. We never asked for this service and did not press any buttons for it. Really absurd they give no care about customers' privacy. There were other very nice staff members and the room design was good (though the materials look cheap). But certain irresponsible people just had to ruin our experience.

Overall the property was top notch.. The staff was attentive, pool was clean, refreshments and food was good.. I definitely like that one of the restaurants was a buffet. Room attendant was also awesome, the whole atmosphere was a vibe. Will definitely return again.

This hotel was amazing, the smell when you first walk in was very pleasant and the decor was breathtaking! I would stay here again and again! The bed was very comfy. Only recommendation is that you all should have more size inclusive robes in the rooms and in the spa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
