Pet friendly accommodation in Dubai Marina

The area was sublime, views were great hotel staff was very welcoming. The receptionist Mr. Yivgini "might spell incorrectly" was amazing.

Excellent first stay at Amwaj Rotana highly recommend as the service was brilliant all round. However on the last two days the receptionist/front desk staff member WEIM was absolutely awful. I witnessed her on two separate occasions being rude to elderly guests - pulling faces, moaning and all round being a disgruntled employee. When my husband asked her if everything is ok as she was very grumpy she made a remark saying she didn’t ‘want to be here’ and would rather go home. It wasn’t pleasant to witness and really bought down the overall experience of the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff

Great location ... but be aware that this is a very busy area taking taxi in and out is challenging
