Staff were nice and room was ok but cold. First night we thought we had the thermostat too low but the room never got above the mid 60s. Our daughter ended up wearing her ski coat to bed.

The room was decent but very plain with few amenities. The check in host was not necessarily rude, but not friendly. We were charged 4 nights when we only stayed 2 and are still waiting for a refund of the extra nights.

Not great I never leave feedback, but stay at other hotels in Durango, picked it last Minute. Seemed a bit dirty, and don’t count on the free breakfast being anything.

Worst experience. Ac was not working but when called from desk he asked us to open window if we room is hot. There was centralized ac only which cannot be controlled by any room settings.

Check in was ok. Got in the room and it was freezing. Went to fold out the sofa bed and there was food on the sheet and bed had to change it. Breakfast had no good options to choose from.
