This stay was truly disgusting. My room had a "balcony" - don't pay extra the view is the parking lot and highway. I had a king room - my bathroom floods when you take a shower, the mattress and couch are covered in stains, the thermostat doesn't work, and the balcony is dirty and looks out to a dumpster and parking lot. The front desk staff is completely rude and unhelpful, they are especially rude if you have booked through a third party and not directly, even if you're a member they will treat you like you are trash and they don't want you here. Overall the hotel is dirty and dated. There's no room service, if you want food you have to go to the lobby to pick it up. Most rooms are a far walk from the elevators so overall the hotel is not accessible if you have an injury or disability. I would not stay here again. You also are not close enough to ANYTHING to walk and an uber is minimum 20 minutes to get anywhere from here.

Beautiful property. Elevators were gross. Our king mattress was TERRIBLE! There was a 4 inch depression extending half of the mattress. We asked to have a replacement. We were told “not an option. Someone else asked the same thing about another room last week.” :/ Clearly not an isolated incident.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was super clean. The bad dated decor, carpet, bathroom fixtures slow draining, toilet didn’t flush well poor lighting. Also elevators not centrally located. Overall property kept clean and secure but needs major updating

I loked tje close proximity to airport and availability of long term parking. The lobby and restaurant was very cold. Our room was 65 and had trouble adjusting temp even afyer a maint.worker came to adjust. There elevstor was difficukt to find andcwe walked all over unnecessarily.
