We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the sea and marina . Only one night stay as we were catching the early ferry but we appreciated the early check in! Amazing stay for the price !

Judy reached out to me within minutes of us booking our vacation. She was extremely helpful, assisted us with grocery shopping, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. There’s a lot of steps up to the property but I’d walk them all over again to have the chance to stay here again! A+++

My wife and I stayed in this cottage for a nice getaway in Tortola. - Less than 10 minutes walk to Josiah’s Bay Beach - Great air conditioning unit in the bedroom for a cool nights sleep! - Space to park rental on the property (inside the gate) - Lovely garden and beautiful view! - Jenefer was available via call/text and was very helpful with answering questions - Highly recommend this space!

Everything about the villa was perfect for us. Very private and comfortable with a gorgeous view of other BVI islands. Karen made sure our stay was seamless from check in to checkout. Kitchen was fully equipped and the house spotless. Plenty of places to relax outside and enjoy the consistent ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with our family and kids at the house for one week. Kids, teens and 4 year old loved it. The pool was incredible and the beach right down the road from the house was one of our favorite beaches. We visited the beach multiple times and never saw another person there. Clear water, white sand, gentle waves and gorgeous views. My kids said it was too amazing to be real. Definitely rent a car with 4 wheel drive, as hills can be steep. Easy grocery delivery and Ben had great suggestions for things to do in town. Highly recommend for a family vacation. Thanks!
