Book Estate Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay hotels

We had a great stay in February 2025. The patio and pool looking over Great Cruz bay and out towards St. Thomas was fantastic. Beautiful sunsets every day! The house layout was great for us. 4 bedrooms on the main level and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were nicely stocked. My only advice point would be use bug spray! This is more of an environmental thing than about this villa but our family did struggle a lot with no-see-um bites. But we were outside and at the beaches nearly every day. So book this place and don’t forget to use your reef safe sunscreen and bug spray!

We absolutely loved Blue Agave Villa. The house was much better equipped than others we have rented on St John. I honestly can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. It was so convenient to stores, restaurants and the center of Cruz Bay. However, when at the house we felt far away from any activity given the quiet and the incredible views. Jackie was wonderfully helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

A beautiful property-very nicely landscaped. Very comfortable furniture and beds. The outdoor showers were a lot nicer than anticipated. AC and fans in bedrooms were great. Kitchen had everything you could ask for inc. coffees, spices, oil, foil, baggies. Loved the ice machine and wine cooler! So many extras were provided - this is how a VRBO should be… but rarely is. The rainbows when it rained were beautiful. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. Lounge chairs everywhere. The open air living space took some adjusting to. Husband had a problem with no see ums - I didn’t have a single bite but he had many in spite of using sprays and lotions to repel them. I will recommend this lovely home to everyone. Have fun!

10/10 stay at Ocean Port villa, the accommodations are comfortable and the views stunning! We had everything we needed to enjoy our week in paradise with our family and any questions were answered by Jackie or Michele. We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing this beautiful villa!

The house was beautiful and clean, gorgeous view. Loved the two separate efficiency apartments for the in laws. We could all hang out but also retreat back to our separate parts of the house at the end of the day. Short drive to down. Great place.
