East Ridge accommodation with spa

Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at while traveling to and from vacation, this was the absolute best!! The customer service, room, breakfast: Everything top notch!! We will definitely rebook at this hotel when we’re back in the area!

Clean room with ample space. Nicely maintained property. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was fair, with potatoes and sausage being a disappointment.

A decent place for the price

The pictures online do not do this property justice. I walked in and was floored how beautiful it really is. The staff are all amazing. The room was spacious, really clean, quiet and the bathroom was huge. Our room was a corner room with beautiful views. The Bridgeman Steakhouse food was delicious with a great staff. The in-room service breakfast was a great morning start for the weekend right on time. You must go to the second floor and take a look at the Silver Ballroom. I wish walls could talk. And do not forget they have an "extra special" guest that does not leave for those that can feel at home with ghosts. Ask the front desk about tours. This historic hotel has all the modern touches like USB charging, Keurigs, mini fridge, heated pool, spacious showers, makeup lighted mirrors, bathroom night light and blackout shades. Check in and check out were a breeze with my striaght shift Jeep valeted with no issues.
