Stayed here to go see the hockey game it super convenient we just had to take the pedway. Room was lovely although we found it a little to cold for our liking we tried to turn up the heat but couldn’t get it any warmer we called front desk at midnight and someone brought up a extra blanket for our bed. This was the only problem we had staff were absolutely fantastic so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful even the maintenance guy. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Gracie she was an absolute sweetheart and put on our file to make sure there was an extra blanket and space heater put in our room for next time. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Staff seemed great, room was great. Parking should be included. Parkades heights are not right not much parking for a truck. Homeless and junkies begging and sitting all over outside and parkades. Not safe feeling. Dirty . In the hotel was clean and great .

Although seemingly new and modern the room appeared dated or well used. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room or the amenities within the suite. We received a free upgrade and although the amount of space was pretty extensive it was not well laid out and had much unusable space. Small closets and limited seating were of concern. In addition, it took 5 hours for the HVAC to increase the room temperature by a mere 2 degrees.

Very nice hotel rooms. Our room had a jacuzzi which was fabulous. Love that there are restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

The only issue we had was that I paid for parking through Expedia and the front desk could not see that I paid. They trusted me and said they wouldn’t charge me but when I checked out, they charged my card for parking. I called and they removed the charge but so it worked out but I feel this was delay with incorrectly.
